Subject of the conditions of participation and organizer:

1. Organizer is LaPosch – Dein Bergaway, LaPosch GmbH, Schmitte 12, 6633 Biberwier, Österreich
2. By participating in the respective competition, these conditions of participation are accepted.
3. The giveaway is not affiliated with Facebook, it is not sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook.

Participation:

1. All natural persons who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of LaPosch GmbH, their relatives and partners are excluded from the competition.
2. Each participant takes part in the competition by liking and commenting on the post.
3. The participant must follow the LaPosch Facebook page and have a public profile on this channel. The participant assures that he/she owns all rights to published image material.
4. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of the conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Exclusion from the competition:

1. Employees of LaPosch GmbH, as well as their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are not eligible to participate.
2. In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, LaPosch GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition.
3. Persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise obtain advantages through manipulation are also excluded. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed. Anyone who provides false personal details may be excluded from the competition. 

Implementation and processing:

1. Four competitions will be held in the period from 28.11.-23.12.2021. The first competition starts on the first Sunday of Advent (28.11.2021) and runs for one week until the second Sunday of Advent. On this day, the second sweepstakes will start and so on until the fourth Advent Sunday. The start of each competition will be marked with a post on the LaPosch Facebook page.
2. The winner will be selected at random and notified in writing by private message within 7 working days after the closing date. If the winner does not respond to this message within 14 days, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a new draw will be held.
3. We do not assume any liability for the occurrence of technical problems during mail traffic or during the registration process for the raffle.
4. If the prize is a voucher, it must be redeemed within the next year (2022). A later redemption is no longer possible. 
5. The redemption of a voucher prize is only possible by appointment and subject to availability. No cash redemption possible.
6. There will be no cash payment of the prize and it cannot be given to third parties.
7. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

1. LaPosch GmbH points out that the availability and functions of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The application may be terminated and removed due to external circumstances and constraints without any claims of the participants against LaPosch GmbH arising from this.

Final provisions:

1. The legal process is excluded.
2. There will be no correspondence about the competition.
3. Austrian law is exclusively applicable.
