Since the regulations are constantly changing, we always adapt the measures to the official requirements of the Austrian Federal Government. Please note that changes may occur at short notice!

Current travel regulations

For the winter season, the following general conditions apply for your LaPosch time-out:

Currently, there are no restrictions unless entry is from a state or area of very high epidemiological risk.

DEPARTURE: Please observe the regulations in your home country/region (travel regulations Austria, Germany, Switzerland) and ask your local health authority. Since the regulations often vary from region to region and from state to state, we cannot give you any binding information on this. Please have understanding for this!

Test opportunities in the region:

After online pre-registration at www.tiroltestet.at there is the possibility to be tested daily at all official "Teststraßen" of the province of Tyrol for free. We are happy to help with the registration or appointment.
Paid tests are possible at all doctors and pharmacies in the region. We are happy to assist you in making an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

In order to provide you with the best possible flexibility during these challenging times, the following policies apply:

Guests who have an existing reservation or are making a new reservation may change or cancel it free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival if any of the following reasons exist at the time of travel:

There is a travel warning for the province of Tyrol.
There is a government quarantine order for returning travelers from the province of Tyrol
There is a government quarantine order for entry into Austria
Entry is not possible due to renewed border closures
Should one of these cases occur, no cancellation fees will be charged. For the deposit already paid, we will issue a voucher for the amount of the deposit, which does not expire and can be redeemed at any later date.

These cancellation conditions apply only in connection with restrictions on travel due to COVID-19 containment measures. Otherwise, our regular booking conditions apply.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In case of illness with COVID-19 or quarantine due to contact with an infected person, our regular cancellation conditions apply. For such cases we recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.
